When their stepcousins, Rion King and Anthony Pierce, look stiff and out of place (with purpose), the dynamic is instantly clear. The first part of the scene is dedicated to breaking down inhibitions, and it's where the most character development happens. Sawyer takes Rose under her wing, sensing her shyness and inexperience.
